Cool, clean, and on the move. Here’s how we get your KOLD order from us to your door fuss-free.

Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers (Australia Post & Sendle). International shipping is not available yet.

Rates & timeframes (Australia)

  • Flat rate: $10 for all orders under $100
  • Free shipping: Orders $100+ (Standard)
  • Delivery timeframe: 4–8 business days depending on your location (metro faster; WA/NT/regional a little longer)

Processing & dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or reach us at info@kold.au.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A residential or business street address is required at checkout.

Pre-orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your parcel ships when all items are ready. Need in-stock items sooner? Please place separate orders. Pre-order dispatch dates will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Address changes & delivery issues

  • Entered the wrong address? Email info@kold.au ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.
  • If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship for a re-delivery fee or refund the item(s) minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel seems delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll liaise with the carrier to sort it quickly.

Peak periods & public holidays

During launch, sales, and public holidays, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience—we promise it’s worth the wait.
