We’re KOLD, an Australian-owned brand creating the first insulated makeup and toiletry bags designed for life on the go. Our website, www.kold.au, is operated by Kold (ABN: 72671183547).

2. Using Our Website

3. Product Info

We do our best to make sure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. Occasionally, small errors may pop up—we’ll fix these as soon as we spot them.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders if:

  • An item is out of stock
  • There’s an error in pricing or description
  • We suspect the order may be fraudulent

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation email.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. While we aim to get your order to you quickly, sometimes delays outside our control can happen (e.g., courier delays).

6. Returns & Refunds

Our bags are made to last, but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

  • Change of mind: You can return unused items within 30 days for a store credit.
  • Faulty items: If your bag is faulty, damaged, or not up to standard, we’ll replace it or offer a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty or not as described.

9. Limitation of Liability
